GNU Free Documentation License How much does it cost for pest control? Q. I have bees swarming around my mail box and I am wondering how much that would cost for Orkin Pest Control that is. If you don't know can you give me an estimate of how much it cost? Asked by Tyler - Mon Jul 21 13:29:16 2008 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments A. We pay $50 every two months. They only spray outside unless we request indoor spraying. It has worked very well for us. We don't use Orkin, we use a local company. We used Terminix for several years but it stopped working for us so we changed companies. Answered by Wired - Mon Jul 21 13:38:06 2008 Do electronic pest chasers really work? Q. Answered by Yoda - Fri Nov 23 19:58:01 2007 Do those sonic pest control things really keep mice away?
Q. I've seen these sonic pest control things in stores and I'm just wondering if they work. You plug them in and they supposedly make a high pitched noise that humans and dogs can not hear, but mice and rats can and it keeps them away. I live in an old apartment complex and I can hear scurrying in the walls occasionally. I would really like to keep the "scurrying" out of my apartment. Before I waste my money, I'd love a second opinion! Asked by hippieechick27 - Tue Dec 11 15:46:40 2007 - - 6 Answers - 0 Comments A. The answer provided by New York City's resident rodentologist is no. Check out the link below, and read through Part 3, where your question is asked. The best solution, apparently, is making sure there's no odiferous garbage to attract rats/mice. Personally, I've had success with traps, but it's certainly not pleasant.
